I can see why this cincher has so many fans! Like any cincher, it takes a slight getting used to. I wore it two or three times for a integrate hours each, a integrate times for an evening out, and now I can wear it all day if I pick to. It also takes a while for my body to "settle in" to it; the first thirty minutes or so I do a fair amount of adjusting to get things to lay just right.
Cons:
-There isn't any boning immediately adjacent to the hooks and eyes that make up the front opening, so they pull and buckle slightly. I can't wear this under anything too tight or clingy, as the row of bumps down the front makes it determined I've got some sort of girdle underneath.
-The boning doesn't increase the whole distance of the channels, so the fabric tends to wrinkle and bunch around the waist. You could fix this yourself with longer boning or bar tacks to shorten the channels, but it's not authentically a question if you aren't wearing it under something clingy or authentically tight.
-The rubberized knit sometimes irritates my skin (I assume due to the lack of ventilation). This can't authentically be avoided. Powdering your skin before putting this on may help.
Pluses:
+Amazingly sturdy for the price. Even with regular wear, it seems to be keeping up wonderfully, and the price is no more than what I would pay for a nice bra.
+The two rows of eyes down the front means that you can pick your constriction, and it will probably increase the life of the garment for me. I've been wearing this on the outer eyes, so when the fabric begins to lose its stretch, I'll still be able to wear it on the inner eyes while waiting for my new one to arrive.
+Once I adjusted to it and it adjusted to me, it has been very comfortable (provided I sit upright).
+It authentically doesn't let you slouch, which means that your frame looks that much better.
